Sometimes people do not realize how much weight they are putting on until illness, complications and obesity set in. Before you get to that point, start paying attention to the ways you eat and your behaviors that may lead to weight gain. Once you realize what is causing your weight gain, you can begin to change it, become healthier and start losing weight instead.
